1. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer without a rescheduled date, attendees are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid. Approved refunds are initiated back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 banking days via Razorpay.
2. Attendee Voluntary Cancellations
Refund eligibility for voluntary attendee cancellations is determined by the specific organizer's policy stated on the event page at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly marked as refundable by the organizer, bookings are final.
