MILAO collects information necessary to deliver seamless event ticketing, organizer dashboard tools, and verified entry validation. This includes name, email address, optional contact number, event registration history, and transaction references.

2. Payments & Gateway Processing

All financial transactions are processed securely via verified payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). MILAO does not store sensitive card numbers or payment credentials on its servers. Only gateway order references, transaction status, and reconciliation receipts are stored.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Attendee details submitted during event registration are shared exclusively with the verified organizer of that specific gathering for venue entry check-in and event logistics. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. User Rights & Grievance Contact

Indian residents may request data correction or account deletion in accordance with applicable data protection regulations by contacting our Grievance Officer at privacy@milao.live.
